Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, Bloom Buy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bloom Buy is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bloom Buy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
