Refund policy

At Bloom Buy, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Jewelry
  • Undergarments (bras, underwear, etc.)
  • Electronics and gadgets
  • Makeup and beauty products
  • Nail products
  • Healthcare products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Refunds

  • All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bloom Buy is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Delivered Orders

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bloom Buy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Before returning any item, please email us with your order number to request return authorization.
